Rubbish 垃圾

Rubbish is waste that people throw away after use, such as food scraps, empty bottles, and broken items.
At home, rubbish sits in bins: a food bin for kitchen waste, a recycling bin for clean paper and plastic, and a general bin for other small items.
To handle rubbish safely, tie the bag, keep sharp parts inside a small box, and carry the bag away from your clothes.
When rubbish stays too long indoors, smells and insects appear, so people take it out on a set day or when the bin is full.
Before moving rubbish, check local rules, because some places ask people to rinse cans and flatten boxes.
After dealing with rubbish, wash your hands with soap and note what can be reused instead of thrown away.
