Joint 关节

Ajointis a place in the body where two bones meet.
Joints help us move by letting our bones bend and turn.
You have joints in each finger, in both knees, in your shoulders, and even in your toes.
Some joints move a lot, like the shoulder, while others move just a little, like those in the skull.
Joints are kept healthy by smooth cartilage and a special liquid that reduces rubbing.
When joints are well cared for, it is easier to run, jump, and use your hands.
