Collarbone锁骨

Thecollarboneis an important bone at the front of the shoulder.
It helps hold the arms away from the body, so the shoulders can move freely.
Thecollarbonejoins with the shoulder blade on one end and the breastbone on the other.
If you touch just above your first rib, you can feel yourcollarboneunder the skin.
This bone keeps the shoulders steady when you lift, carry, or reach for things.
Without strongcollarbones, it would be hard to move the arms in many directions.
