Worried 忧虑的

Beingworriedis your brain’s way to warn you about the future.
When you areworried, your brain works like a GPS making many plans all the time.
This feeling is like having too many apps running on your phone, using power fast and making it hot.
Studies show that talking about your worries with someone you trust helps your brain to feel better.
Watching people who cannot sleep turn over again and again shows the body feelingworried.
Setting 15 minutes each day as "worry time" to think about your troubles, and stopping worry in other times, works three times better than worrying all day.

忧虑是大脑对未来不确定性的预警机制。
当人处于忧虑的状态时,前额叶会像过度运转的导航仪不断规划各种可能路线。
这种感受如同手机同时开着太多后台程序,耗电快又容易发烫。
研究发现,向信任的人倾诉忧虑,大脑的焦虑区域活动会立即减弱。
观察失眠者在深夜反复翻身的动作,就是忧虑累积的肢体表达。
每天设定15分钟“忧虑时间”集中处理烦恼,其余时间立刻喊停,效果比持续担忧好3倍。
