For me, diversion often involves playing video games or reading books. These activities provide me with an opportunity to step away from my daily routine and immerse myself in a different world. They also give me an opportunity to clear my mind and focus on something other than my worries and responsibilities.

However, diversion doesn"t have to be limited to entertainment activities. It can also include engaging in hobbies or spending time with family and friends. These moments provide us with an opportunity to relax and connect with others, which can be beneficial for our mental health.
