英文小作文:

I always like to arrange my day in advance, so that I can keep track of what I have to do and how I am going to do it. For example, I might arrange to meet my friends for lunch, or to go shopping, or even to go for a run in the morning before work. I find it helps me stay organized and on track with my goals and tasks. It also helps me stay focused and avoid getting distracted by other things that might not be as important.

On the other hand, sometimes I find myself getting anxious about things that I have to do later on, like an exam or a presentation, and I start to feel overwhelmed by the amount of work that needs to be done. In these situations, I try to take a deep breath and relax, and then I go back to my desk and start working on what needs to be done. By arranging my day and being proactive, I can avoid feeling overwhelmed and instead focus on what is important and what needs to get done.
